In cooperation with the Indiana Housing Community and Development Authority (IHCDA) and the Affordable Housing Association of Indiana (AHAIN), IHCDA is hosting a round table conversation on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (ET).  

If you represent the developer, owner, or property management of LIHTC properties, you are invited and encouraged to attend. We will share data from the recent operating expenses survey of LIHTC properties alongside some national data. From there we will move directly into a discussion of certain challenges and possible ways to overcome these challenges. We hope you will come prepared to share your insights with others in the affordable housing community.

The meeting will be held in The Capitol – Room 825, at our office – 30 S. Meridian Street in Indianapolis. If you would like to be part of the conversation but cannot attend in person, we will share a link for a virtual connection.
