Membership Information
As your Affordable Housing Council, we would like to express our gratitude in choosing us to represent you as the voice of the housing industry in Indiana. Your membership and contributions to this association are what keeps our industry thriving and driving economic growth. Our membership is made up of non-profits, developers, legal services, accounting services, syndicators, management companies, lenders and more. By joining this statewide council, you can expect to have a positive impact on the industry as we collaborate on the issues that matter most to our industry.
Full Membership (Voting)
Any individual, business, firm, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, limited liability company, limited liability partnership or professional or other valid business entity which is involved in the affordable housing industry or which provides services, supplies or equipment for the affordable housing industry and is directly interested in its welfare, complies with IAHC Bylaws, pays current dues, and meets required membership qualification, is eligible for Full Membership in IAHC.
Associate Membership (Non-Voting)
Any governmental or quasi-governmental agency or any of its employees who are involved in the affordable housing industry or directly interested in its welfare, any individual directly associated with an institution of higher learning and whose field of study and expertise is related to the field of affordable housing, or any individual employed by a Full Member may join the Organization as an Associate Member.
***IAHC expects to spend more on lobbying expenses than membership dues collected this year, therefore none of the membership dues are tax deductible by the members.***
